Community Designs

Model Railroad Control Systems serves as a hub for community-supported open-source hardware. These products are submitted by hobbyist developers who wish to make their designs available to other model railroaders. MRCS undertakes to have the boards manufactured and offers them for sale as is. Support is by the developer. Our price is based on actual production cost plus overheads for shipping, taxes, merchant fees and the costs of running this store. This makes it possible for us to offer these products to you in small quantities. On low volume products we offer bare boards but on higher volume products with a proven design we may offer Assembled and Tested boards.
