Many operators prefer to use a "pick" to uncouple cars rather than using magnets. However it is often hard to see the couplers particularly in the back of layout shelves. The Lightpick integrates the pick and a small but bright flashlight so that you can easily see the coupler and avoid delicate end-of-car details light cut levers and cross over platforms. The light can also be used to highlight road name and numbers, especially on weathered cars. We offer the light pick in three styles: the classic bamboo skewer, tapestry needle and dental pick. They are offered with choice of black or orange collars.
