We're reworking the RFID Product line and can not source the RFID Server until further notice.

For simplicity of installation and support, we're offering the RFID server as an "appliance."  The server software comes loaded on a dedicated Rasperry Pi running the Raspbian Linux Operating System distribution. 

The package has a self contained MySQL database to keep track of your rolling stock (you can add and change the data fields stored), and all of the reports and display screens needed to support a "cut list in standing order" and/or a train position reporting "OS" application.

The hardware package includes:

• Raspberry Pi processor (we buy on the spot market so model supplied may change depending on price and availibility)
• SD Chip with Operating System and Application
• Case
• MicroUSB Charger and cable

The processor has an Ethernet port and connects to your readers and your home network via Ethernet.  The system appears as a web server on your network so it can be accessed through your router and WiFi (if you have it) by any computer, tablet or smart phone.

Software updates will be handled by exchange of micro SD chips.

The default static IP address of the server is 192.168.1.80, let us know if you need a different address.
