This board has an 8 position 3.5mm screw terminal on side and an RJ45 style 8 pin phone/data jack on the other.  The board was designed by our friend, John Plocher.

It is a complement to the CMRI Molex to RJ45 adapter (and uses the same board), used where you want to break an RJ45 (CAT5) cable out to individual wires.

 Use the Bare Board Option if you want to assemble your own or if you need a 0.156" spacing connector that we don't offer, or contact us for a custom quote for an Assembled and Tested unit using your favorite connector.
